How we got here
Facility Maintenance Solutions grew out of years of hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance across the Mid-Atlantic region. Our founders saw firsthand how facility managers were forced to juggle dozens of vendors, chase down contractors, and deal with inconsistent quality — all while trying to keep their buildings running.
We set out to build something different: a single, accountable team that could handle every aspect of a commercial property's maintenance needs. From routine repairs to complex mechanical systems, we bring the same level of professionalism and attention to detail to every job.
Today, we serve office buildings, corporate campuses, retail centers, and industrial facilities throughout the region — and we're proud that the majority of our growth has come through referrals from satisfied clients.
